🏛️ About the Producers
Continuum: The Mondavi Legacy Lives On
Founded by California wine legend Robert Mondavi and his son Tim (the mind behind Opus One, Luce, and Seña, with over 40 years of winemaking experience), Continuum crafts tiny quantities of single-vineyard wine from high-altitude, volcanic soils on Pritchard Hill. Consistently rated among the world's best and a collector's must-have, the estate has pushed the Mondavi family reputation to new heights. The label, painted by Tim's daughter, reminds us: this is family heritage in a bottle.
RAEN: Sonoma's Rising Star
Fourth-generation Mondavi brothers Carlo and Dante left the family spotlight to pursue purity in Sonoma. RAEN (Research Agriculture Enology Naturally) uses ancient Burgundian methods including 100% whole-cluster fermentation (fewer than five California wineries use this technique), minimal intervention, and four-year-aged French oak to craft some of the state's most elegant Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

🏛️ About the Producer
Louis Latour
Founded in 1797, Louis Latour is one of Burgundy's oldest and most representative family négociant-éleveurs, counted among the five most celebrated wine merchants in the Côte de Beaune and hailed as a guardian of Burgundian wine culture. The estate owns 50 hectares of prized vineyards, including an extraordinary 27 hectares of Grand Cru holdings, making it the largest Grand Cru producer in the region. True to its heritage, Louis Latour insists on hand-picking, uses traditional gravity-flow winemaking, runs its own cooperage, and releases wines only in vintages when the grapes are of exceptional quality.
Highlights of tonight's lineup include the Meursault 1er Cru Château de Blagny, a monopole situated on the slopes between Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet; the Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru, the estate's flagship white from their largest Grand Cru holding; Aloxe-Corton Domaine Latour from the estate's home base and one of its most classic expressions; the Beaune Vignes Franches 1er Cru, often called "a Premier Cru with Grand Cru quality"; and the legendary Château Corton Grancey, a blend from four of the finest Corton Grand Cru plots and the ultimate expression of Corton terroir.

🏛️ About the Producer
A small, family-run estate on the hamlet of Annunziata in La Morra, nestled between the Arborina and Giachini vineyards. The Corino family began as sharecroppers in 1952 and bottled their first Barolo in the mid-1980s.
Today the winery cultivates 9 hectares, producing around 50,000 bottles a year in a modern-classicist style shaped by sustainable farming and a relentless drive to express La Morra's terroir.

A five-course Italian dinner paired with wines from Isole e Olena, one of Chianti Classico's most iconic estates.
The evening builds from a crisp Franciacorta aperitif through barrel-fermented Chardonnay, Chianti Classico, and the legendary Cepparello, closing with a rare aged Vin Santo.

🏛️ The Winery
Founded in 1956 in the western hills of Chianti Classico, Isole e Olena was transformed by Paolo De Marchi, who took over from his father in 1976. In 1980 he created Cepparello, a 100% Sangiovese aged in French barrique that became one of the original Super Tuscans.
The estate's 56 hectares sit at 350–450 metres on galestro and schist soils. In 2022, it was acquired by EPI (owners of Biondi-Santi and Charles Heidsieck). Beyond Cepparello, the estate produces Chianti Classico, single-varietal wines, and an acclaimed Vin Santo aged over a decade in small caratelli.
